Star of The Only Way is Essex, Bobby Norris is one of the UK’s best-known reality stars. A cast member of ITVB’s The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) since 2012, Bobby quickly became a fan favourite on the show thanks to his vivacious personality and exciting storylines. Nearly a decade later, he remains one of the biggest draws for views of the series, with his down to earth personality and abundant humour resonating with audiences. Such a prominent role has seen Bobby become a recognisable media personality and reality star.

As an openly gay figure with a public profile, Bobby has long been the victim of online abuse and homophobia. Speaking about the hate he has received, particularly online, Bobby has even had death threats for his sexuality. Driven to instigate change, Bobby has used his platform to call out homophobia and raise awareness of LGBT+ right, which saw him develop the campaign ‘End the Trend to Troll’ online. Additionally, Bobby has spoken to MPs in Parliament on his petition to make homophobia a criminal offence, in response to the attacks on him and other members of the LGBT+ community.

Outside of TOWIE, Bobby has featured as a celebrity contestant on numerous reality shows, including Celebs Go Dating and Celebs on the Farm, as well as his regular slot on FUBAR radio.
