One of the UK’s most promising up-and-coming comedians, Chloe Green is a trailblazer for the LGBT+ community. Co-founder of The LOL Word comedy collective, she has helped bring together some of the best LGBTQIA+ comedians in the business to bring more diversity to the world of stand-up comedy. When booked as an LGBT+ speaker she regularly combines her unique insight with her hilarious comedic personality leaving a lasting impression on audiences everywhere.

Having been part of the UK’s comedy circuit for many years, in 2017 she co-founded The LOL Word alongside fellow comedians Chloe Petts, Jodie Mitchell and Ruby Rachel. The initiative was put together to celebrate comedians who identified themselves as part of the LGBT+ community to bring more diversity into the comedy world. Since then, the project has spread to cities throughout the UK with the group also making monthly appearances at the Albany to raise money for LGBT+ charities.

Before her comedy career, Chloe worked in the House of Commons as a staffer within the Labour Party and these experiences shaped many of her early comedy gigs. As she became more well-known the accolades followed and Chloe was a semi-finalist at the BBC’s New Comedy Award’s 2018. A year later she appeared at Latitude Festival and continues to appear at huge events up and down the country.

She can often be found offering her unique insight on topics such as politics, feminism, relationships and socialism taking a light-hearted approach to these usually heavy topics. When booked as an LGBT speaker, Chloe can both inspire and entertain audiences by discussing her views on a whole host of issues. Semi-finalist in the Funny Women Awards 2019, her comedy talent and perspective as an LGBT speaker combine to captivate audiences.
