Talented English model and LGBT activist, Munroe Bergdorf is renowned for becoming the first transgender model in the UK for L’Oréal. Having appeared regularly at both London and New York Fashion Weeks, she is admired for her self-confidence in a highly stereotyped industry. Named ‘Changemaker of the Year’ by Cosmopolitan Awards, Monroe’s support for the #DrawALine campaign is highly respected by audiences globally. When looking to hire a passionate LGBT advocate to attend your event, look no further than Monroe.

Recognising that there was a lack of diversity and inclusion throughout the modelling industry, Monroe secured her first job for a Lebanese couture company. Entering the public eye in 2017, she was selected to become one of the 27 models taking part in the L’Oréal ‘True Match’ campaign. Determined to irradicate stereotypes in the modelling industry, Munroe aims to showcase her self-confidence to inspire others to follow in her footsteps.

A transformative figure throughout the community, Munroe was appointed as an LGBT+ Advisor for the Labour Party in 2018. Valued for her profound industry knowledge, she gained the opportunity to forward as a Guest Commentator on ITV’s Good Morning Britain and This Morning. In recognition of her remarkable advocacy, Munroe was named ‘Changemaker of the Year’ by Cosmopolitan Awards and later received the GAY TIMES Honour at the British Community Trailblazer celebration.

An icon in the LGBT+ community, Munroe Bergdorf is now highly sought-after to attend speaking engagements internationally.
