Pauline Miller is a remarkable change agent within the insurance sector, currently fulfilling the role of Chief Equity Officer at Dentsu International. With over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, she aims to educate her global audience on the importance of diversity within the workplace. Starting her professional career as a Learning and Development Manager at Barclays Capital, Pauline began to focus her career on the diversity and inclusion roles after fulfilling this position. In 2006, she advanced to the position of Diversity Manager but quickly moved to State Street Bank where she was offered the EMEA Head of Global Inclusion role. Passionate for change, she was responsible for the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure employees within the company remained satisfied. Admired for her career achievements, Pauline is now the Chief Equity Officer at Dentsu International.

Admired by many, Pauline is currently an advisory board member for the United Nations Foundation Girl Up. She aims is to empower women to work towards their goals by providing them with helpful resources and guidance. Determined to make a change, she has also led ‘Dive In’ since 2015, a diversity and inclusion festival held by Lloyds. Her successful career has allowed Pauline to influence twenty-seven countries to act toward an inclusive workplace and she has no plan of slowing down.

Pauline Miller has participated in many speaker events throughout her career, including the Hallam Conferences to discuss the ethnic pay gap on behalf of Link, the LGBT insurance network. With experience speaking on difficult topics such as inclusion and diversity within the workplace, Pauline can tackle many issues head-on within her performances.
