Stephen Frost

Stephen Frost is one of the worlds leading experts on all things diversity and inclusion. As the current Founder and CEO of Included, Stephen shares his knowledge on diversity, inclusion, and leadership with his clients. He has gained vast experience working within the industry for many years and has significantly become sought-after for many different speaker events.  As one of the top 100 influential LGBT people in the UK, Stephen engages audiences around the world with his success stories.

Starting his career as a Workplace Director at Stonewall, Stephen developed their diversity campaigns to reach more than 600 members worldwide. Recognising his passion for helping others, he became the Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Head of Staff for the London Organising Committee. Developing upon his successful career, Stephen has now become the Founder and CEO of Included, a result of the dedication he has implemented into his many diversity inclusion roles throughout his career.

Having built a successful career within the corporate industry, Stephen’s talent has been recognised by many. He was nominated for the Peter Robinson Award for Equality and Diversity Champions in 2010 and in 2011, he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Aside from his professional career, Stephen is also the author of three books that all focus on how crucial inclusion is in the workplace.
