





John Amaechi OBE is a renowned organisational psychologist and consultant, bestselling author, and Professor of Leadership at the University of Exeter Business School. As the founder of APS Intelligence LTD, John has dedicated his career to transforming leaders and cultures with cutting-edge behavioural science supported by in-depth psychological insights. Starting his career as a Professional NBA Player, he became the first British Male to build a career in the NBA and the first former NBA player to publicly come out as gay.
