Catherine Garrod has devoted her career to increasing diversity and inclusion within the workplace. As the Founder of Compelling Culture, she provides corporate clients with support regarding their inclusion plans, wellbeing reviews and anti-burnout strategies. Having gained vast experience throughout many different industries, Catherine’s knowledge of making sustainable changes within organisations is in high demand throughout her target audience.
Catherine began her career at Childbase Partnership LTD as their Nursery Manager. Having developed a passion for creating a positive work environment, she took on the role of Executive and MBA Resourcing at PepsiCo and was later promoted to Organisation Development Consultant. This role provided her with the opportunity to develop her knowledge of diversity and inclusion and she continued to implement a diverse workplace culture at businesses such as UK Power Networks, The Cambian Group and Sky. Respected for the changes she has made, Catherine is now the Founder of her first company, Compelling Culture.
Having been recognised for her talent since the beginning of her career, Catherine was awarded Nursery of the Year and achieved a staff turnover of less than 5% during her time at the nursery. Recognised for her incredible achievements, her time working at Sky had great benefits for the company and she was named Number 1 on the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers, with 80% of their teams increasing diversity within all aspects of their company. Her passion for helping others has helped her develop many positive environments throughout the companies she has worked within.
Catherine Garrod is an expert in workplace inclusion and has gained great success throughout her career. She believes that a positive workplace will seek positive performance results which are why she has made it her mission to implement this in businesses throughout the UK.
