Currently the D&I Manager of Impact Culture & LGBT+ Inclusion Consultant, Charlotte began her career as an EFL Teacher for EF Education First – cutting her teeth in the world of inclusive education. Since then, having earned a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Brighton, Charlotte has committed her career to increasing understanding of diversity, inclusion and equity from a psychological perspective. Having also worked as an EFL Teacher for YBM and St Giles International, an EDI Consultant and Inclusive Materials Creator for St Giles International and an English Producer and Inclusion Specialist for BBC Learning, Charlotte has fostered a reputation as a leading expert on making the world a psychologically safe place.
