With her extensive experience in professional football and law, Chloe is an inspiring role model who empowers audiences to overcome challenges and embrace authenticity.

Chloe’s career is marked by a remarkable balance between her passions for law and football. Inspired by the film Erin Brockovich, Chloe pursued law and qualified as a personal injury lawyer, a career she successfully maintained while playing football at a professional level. Starting her football career with local club Leyton Orient, she quickly progressed to Tottenham Hotspur, where she played in the FA Women’s Premier League Southern Division. In 2014, Chloe joined Arsenal’s reserve team, where she achieved notable success, including winning the FA WSL Development Cup.

In 2019, Chloe was offered a full-time professional contract by Tottenham Hotspur following their promotion to the FA Women’s Super League. Her time at the club highlighted her resilience and determination, balancing the demands of professional football with her legal career. After several successful seasons, Chloe moved to Crystal Palace in the FA Women’s Championship before retiring from professional football in 2022. Since retiring from football, Chloe transitioned into journalism, becoming the co-presenter of the popular women’s football podcast Upfront. Her work on Upfront solidified her reputation as a dynamic voice for women’s football and LGBT rights. In June 2024, she became Head of ‘She’s A Baller,’ a women’s football social media platform and creative agency, where she continues to advocate for women’s football and LGBT inclusion in sport.

Chloe Morgan’s speeches focus on leadership, inclusion, and overcoming adversity. As an openly gay former athlete, lawyer, and media figure, Chloe provides invaluable insights for organisations committed to fostering diverse and inclusive environments. Her ability to navigate dual careers while championing LGBT rights makes her an authoritative voice on resilience, authenticity, and diversity, particularly for LGBT audiences.
