“Cynthia hosted a fantastic LGBTQ+ History Month ‘pub quiz’ style event for our Pride network members and allies. The event was fun, engaging and very educational. Cynthia was not only professional but very warm, spending time with attendees both before and after the event to discuss her incredible lived experiences and perspectives. It was an absolute pleasure to host her and I would personally recommend her services to anyone.”

Thomas, Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets

Cynthia is an experienced and brilliant speaker. Her insights engage the audience instantly and her ability to transfer knowledge is admirable. It has been a pleasure working with Cynthia and I can’t recommend her services enough in developing inclusive cultures within organisations.

Natalia, People Business partner at PIB Group

Working with Cynthia for an on site presentation to our colleagues was a dream. From the first preparatory call to the session itself, I was so impressed and inspired by her. I’m hoping we get to work together again soon.

Ciaran, Communications Manager at JCDecaux

We had the absolutely privilege and pleasure of Cynthia joining us for a fireside chat during Pride Month 2024. Not the first time we’ve welcomed Cynthia to Viasat, but our conversation around transgender rights, awareness and identity felt even more important. Both on camera and behind the scenes, Cynthia is warm, direct, engaging, hugely knowledgeable and articulate on the subject, and incredibly generous with what she shares about herself, her experiences, her work, and her beliefs. Thank you again Cynthia, looking forward to seeing you at the next Nexus breakfast event, and hope to welcome you back to Viasat at some point too!

Jo, VP Culture & Inclusion at ViaSat

I had the pleasure of listening to one of Cynthia’s inspiring and thought-provoking workshops and immediately new I had to connect with her for future opportunities. Cynthia is an exceptional speaker and workshop facilitator. She delivered a workshop exploring her personal journey through a ‘This is Me’ approach. She combines her personal and professional experiences to provide an authentic and insightful learning opportunity and really connects the audience with her delivery style and messages. Whilst being rooted in insight, she provided practical guidance and considerations for others to support their thinking and approaches.

Lee, Community Fund Manager at Premier League Charitable Fund

Cynthia joined EQUAL (PepsiCo’s LGBTQ+ ERG) and Thrive (PepsiCo’s Women’s Network) to give a talk on ‘One Leader, Two Genders’ falling in between Trans Day of Visibility and International Women’s Day. Her talk was thought provoking and leant into the idea of acceptance without understanding. She shared her insight in navigating her C-suite positions as two genders and touched on allyship and how company culture is made from the top down and lived from the bottom up. A thoroughly interesting talk I highly recommend.

Joseph, Global Sustainability Office, PepsiCo

Cynthia is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and brings a huge wealth of life experience to bring clarity & empathy to a range of topics under DE & I, particularly gender equality and the queer community. She was one of two speakers at an LGBTQ+ history month at my company Accenture Song, and after an extremely insightful presentation, she fielded a number of highly complex & nuanced questions with great wisdom and clarity of thought. I’ve also been present while she has presented the news round up at a number of NEXUS breakfasts and they are usually a highlight of the event – as informative as they are galvanising. I couldn’t recommend working with her enough to raise awareness and consult with organisations around LGBTQ+ (and other DEI) issues.

James, Marketing Strategy, data Insights Manager at Accenture

“Cynthia was our guest speaker at The King’s Fund in honour of Trans Day of Visibility 2022 and our team are still talking about the session she led weeks later. In advance of the session, Cynthia took the time to get to know the team and understand how best she could tailor her message to make the session accessible and ensure it met our objectives and expectations. On the day itself she was a true professional – gracious and open in the sharing of her personal story and in her invitation for questions, even staying longer to make sure that our questions were answered. Cynthia was able to open a conversation which had previously felt inaccessible and used the power of connection to stimulate learning, combat misinformation and promote acceptance. I could not be more pleased with the way the session unfolded and thoroughly recommend her services. If you’re on the fence and thinking about it, don’t hesitate – book her today.”
