Throughout his impactful career, David has received significant recognition for his contributions. He was awarded Best Inclusivity Trainer (UK) at the Global Business Insight Awards 2024, named Corporate Vision’s Most Dedicated Inclusivity Trainer 2023, and is a recipient of the National Diversity Award 2014. David also played a critical role in the campaign for marriage equality alongside Equal Love UK, successfully influencing landmark legislation at the European Court of Human Rights.
