Jude Guaitamacchi is an award-winning non-binary keynote speaker, campaigner and consultant, known for their unapologetic advocacy for LGBTQIA+ inclusion, gender diversity, and mental health awareness. With over a decade of experience, Jude has become a powerful voice in UK and global conversations surrounding identity, resilience, and authenticity. Their deeply personal approach to storytelling, grounded in lived experience, resonates widely with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Whether on stage or in the media, Jude empowers others to embrace who they are, challenge discrimination, and create more inclusive, compassionate environments.
Jude began their public speaking journey in 2013 as part of the Amy Winehouse Foundation’s Resilience Programme, delivering talks across Europe to young people on topics such as peer pressure, self-esteem, and recovery. This early work laid the foundation for their emotionally intelligent, heart-led speaking style, which continues to inspire and educate. Jude later worked with the Self Esteem Team, before going solo and establishing themselves as an independent LGBTQIA+ educator and inclusion consultant. Over the years, they have delivered talks and training for world-renowned clients including TikTok, Deloitte, Universal, Soho House, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Aiglon College. Their sessions, which blend vulnerability with strength, consistently leave a lasting impact on audiences across corporate, educational, and cultural sectors.
A fierce advocate for trans rights, Jude is the founder of the Trans+ Solidarity Alliance (TSA), a national network campaigning for improved rights and visibility for trans people in the UK. Under Jude’s leadership, TSA made history by chairing the first all-trans panel in UK Parliament, hosted by MPs Kate Osborne and Caroline Nokes. In 2023, they launched the record-breaking #TransYouthAreLoved campaign – the largest celebrity-backed trans solidarity campaign in history – featuring high-profile supporters like David Tennant, Elliot Page, Jessie Ware, Emma Bunton and Dannii Minogue. The campaign was featured on ITV News and reached millions online. In recognition of their work, Jude was named one of PinkNews’ Top 21 Activists Globally (2023) and won Campaigner of the Year at the 2024 Bank of London Rainbow Honours.
Jude’s advocacy extends beyond activism into the fashion and media space. As the first non-binary face of Harrods for their H Beauty campaign, Jude helped redefine beauty standards with the empowering tagline, “My Beauty is Being Myself.” Their modelling and media presence has been celebrated in Vogue Italia, BBC News, Forbes, VICE, The Independent and more.
