Jude Guaitamacchi is an award-winning trans and non-binary keynote speaker, campaigner and consultant, recognised internationally for advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion, mental health awareness and trans rights. Named as one of PinkNews’ Top 21 Activists Globally, Jude has become a leading voice at the intersection of lived experience, policy change and cultural influence. Their work centres on visibility, education and empowerment, supporting organisations and communities to engage with inclusion in ways that are informed, human and impactful. Jude’s approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion and the belief that education builds confidence, empathy and lasting change.
Jude is the Founder of Trans+ Solidarity Alliance, a national advocacy network working to improve the rights, conditions and visibility of trans people across the UK. Through this work, Jude has made history by chairing the first all-trans panel briefing in UK Parliament, hosted by Kate Osborne MP and Caroline Nokes MP, with attendance from MPs and members of the House of Lords. The briefing was officially recognised by LGBT History Month and marked a defining moment for trans representation in British politics. In 2025, Jude and Trans+ Solidarity Alliance also facilitated the largest LGBTQ+ parliamentary meeting in UK history, bringing together MPs and constituents and generating international media coverage.
Alongside activism, Jude has built an influential career across business, education and media. They are a highly sought-after speaker who has delivered talks and training for organisations including Soho House Group worldwide, Deloitte, Allianz, TikTok, Sony, Disney and HSBC. Jude is a consultant for major global brands and broadcasters and delivers ongoing LGBTQIA+ and gender diversity training across international workplaces. As an internationally signed model, Jude has broken barriers in fashion, becoming the first non-binary face of Harrods Beauty, fronting the campaign ‘My Beauty is Being Myself’, a message that has since become central to their work and personal philosophy.
Jude’s achievements have been recognised with numerous honours, including Campaigner of the Year at the Bank of London Rainbow Honours, inclusion in the Guardian Pride Power List, Attitude 101 Trailblazer, and commendations at the European Diversity Awards. Their ground-breaking campaign #TransYouthAreLoved became the largest celebrity-endorsed trans solidarity campaign in history, gaining millions of views and national media attention. As a keynote speaker, Jude delivers emotionally intelligent, story-led talks on mental health, resilience, allyship and LGBTQIA+ inclusion, drawing on over a decade of experience to help organisations create cultures where LGBTQIA+ people feel seen, supported and able to thrive.
