Her comedic value and open discussion of feminism, monogamy, sexuality, and inequality makes difficult subjects more approachable. By asking intriguing questions and combining psychology with relatable experiences, she grabs an audience’s attention, unravelling the myths and expectations of relationships and sex. Rosie has created a name for herself, by making it to the final of Funny Women in 2006, her confidence was boosted, motivating her to write for more performances, podcast episodes and film for sketches. Whilst maintaining professionalism alongside her comedy, Rosie is an innovative and coherent speaker having led workshops previously with mentoring experience.

Starting in the industry 16 years ago, Rosie has laid a foundation for her success, by creating the Breakup Monologues podcast, which was nominated for a British Podcast Award 2020. Gaining the attention of a large audience on stage as well as off stage, Rosie has published two books, Is Monogamy Dead?, which was shortlisted for the Diva Literary Awards 2017 and longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize 2018 following her TEDx talk, and The Breakup Monologues, based on her podcast. Rosie continually places the spotlight on realistic as well as idealistic journeys within a love life. Her feminist adventure documentary, Nineties Woman, is a prime example after being named Theatre of the Year at the Planet London awards in 2013.

Using comedy as a tool to make difficult discussions easy to talk about, Rosie is an iconic comedian. She is set to leave an audience laughing yet thinking over the new ways to deal with past trauma and the new relationship models pioneered by the LGBT+ community.
