Gay Speakers
In an increasingly inclusive world, gay men continue to challenge stereotypes and advocate for equality. Our gay speakers share powerful stories about their personal experiences, highlighting issues such as social representation, mental health, and workplace inclusion. By sharing their journeys of identity, pride, and resilience, they inspire audiences to foster environments free from discrimination.
Several observance days highlight the contributions and struggles of gay men. National HIV Testing Week in November raises awareness of HIV prevention, crucial within the gay community. Additionally, IDAHOBIT (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia) on 17th May, addresses the discrimination faced by gay men and the wider LGBTQ+ community worldwide.

One of the Armed Forces’ First Openly Gay Pilots & TEDx SpeakerDespite progress, gay men in the UK continue to face unique challenges. According to research by the TUC, one in four gay men in the UK has experienced discrimination in the workplace, reflecting ongoing barriers to equality. In addition, 55% of LGBTIQ individuals have faced harassment, including homophobic slurs, within the past year. Mental health remains a critical concern, with the charity Stonewall reporting that nearly half of gay and bisexual men have suffered from depression or anxiety, often due to societal stigma or the internalised pressures of living in a heteronormative society.
Booking one of our Gay Speakers offers a powerful opportunity to address these challenges and inspire change. Our roster features trailblazing activists, influential business leaders, authors, and creatives who are at the forefront of the movement for gay rights and visibility.
