Transgender Speakers

Transgender equality is a crucial issue for diversity and inclusion. Experts work hard to ensure everyone feels valued, regardless of their gender identity. Our roster of transgender speakers raises awareness about the injustices the community still faces. They share how we can create a more inclusive environment, both at work and in wider society.

Book a transgender speaker for Transgender Awareness Week, observed from 13th to 19th November 2024. You could also book a speaker for Transgender Day of Remembrance, which takes place on 20th November 2024, or for International Transgender Day of Visibility, celebrated on 31st March 2024.

Supporting Transgender Inclusion

Our speakers advocate for transgender inclusion in sport, education, and all areas of life. They ensure transgender voices are heard. In a world where two in five transgender people have faced a hate crime, it is essential to support the community. More than one in three transgender university students have faced negative behaviour from staff. Now is the time to stand up for transgender rights and needs.

Important Dates for Awareness

Transgender Awareness Week, from 13th to 19th November, aims to educate society about transgender and gender non-conforming issues. On 20th November, we observe Transgender Day of Remembrance to honour victims of transphobic violence. Transgender Day of Visibility, on 31st March, celebrates the transgender community and raises awareness of the discrimination they face worldwide.

Encouraging Open Conversations

With 79% of transgender people not reporting hate crimes, open dialogue is vital. Our speakers inspire these conversations, focusing on transgender rights and the fight against discrimination. If you want an inspiring member of the transgender community to speak at your event, book a speaker from our roster today.
